    Need help please!!! Text Problem...

    Hello,
I created a statictext field with a text in it to make a blur in animation, after the animation finished, I made a new keyframe with a inputtext field and put in the same text with the same X Y coordinates (I need the inputtext field, coz the text will be scrollable). So when the animation starts to play the transition from the static to input sux, coz when it switches to the inputtext field the text in it change. I mean the fonts are not the exact from the statictext field. It changes the font a little bit bigger and a litte bit diffrent X Y postion, so the transition sucks coz you see the differenz. I googled and found on one site that anti-aliasing is used on the fonts in the statictext field and not on the inputtext field thats why the fonts changes a bit. Anyone got a solution how to turn on the anti-aliasing in the inputtext field?
    Big thx to all help

Use a dynamic field rather than the static text. That should help.

    Ok, here we go.
I made 2 files the one with the statictextfield that works
and the one you told me with the dynamictextfield, but the animation wont play.
As you can see in the fla, they have the same fonttype, size,X Y coordinates
The problem is that in the statictextfield the fonts are anti-aliased thats why it changes in the inputtextfield after the animation, coz the inputtextfield and dynamictextfield doesnt use anti-aliasing on the fonts.

What I did was change the position of the input field, that gave a clear transition on my system, did it work for you?

No, its just the same, maybe its the version of my flash mx 2004, I have the 7.0.1 version. Im working at my homepage right now and there are similar situations with the same problem. Maybe I should switch to another version, coz this version have many bugs...

Yeah, version 7.0.2 was the fix to many mx 2004 bugs.
