Upgrade
Is Koolmoves 5.2.4 released? just asking.
-
Yes, I just purchased KoolMoves last week. That was the copy I downloaded.
-
Use Help > Upgrade or Help > Update Software (depending on your version) to get the latest version.
Notifying users by email is no longer a viable approach for keeping people informed of program updates because of user and isp spam filtering and the rapid turnover in email addresses.

I did the same thing. I love the new way of handling it. Every versions cranks out new, cool things and it's amazing how fast this app is being developed mainly by one person. The hands down best purchase I made last year was Koolmoves and it is one of the best all around programs I have ever used in my long computing life.

It is not just me. Wilbert is a serious work horse in adding functionality. Wait until you see the new slide show component he has developed with a zillion built in transitions. We are also branching into 3D. One of my partners had a professional career in that area and is spear heading code development for that effort;Wilbert will be developing 3D motion scripts. Dietmar Moreels supplied most of the web interface templates. Peter Herbrick has put considerable effort into the pdf user manuals. So it is a group effort.

Kudos from me as well. Having come from an abandoned product that was not well supported I've been extremely impressed with the updates and progress of KM

Degenerate and baise art thou.
Woah!
I need to read up on all the newer features...
What's with scenes? Boy am I out of the loop.
Keep up the good work guys! I'm workin' on things of my own.

Bob, I'm running 4.7.2 and don't see the options in the help menu...
I'd love to upgrade but don't want to buy again..
Any way round this?

Yea... did that about the same time I posted yesterday... Apparantly, you're a faster responder. No joy on that end as of yet....
Any inside line going with you to speed things up?

When people don't receive emails from me, it is usually due to their spam environment. I respond within hours (except during the night of course).

I tried to upgrade to 5.3.2 and it would not unload a DAV332.dll file stating access is denied. Is this a common glitch and is there a remedy?

I don't know what you mean by 'unload'. I have never heard of this problem. Did you double-click on kmsetup.exe? At what stage did you get this problem?
-
Sorry, poor word choice. The problem happens during the extracting files process. It stops and will not extract the Dav322.dll file.
-
Delete the dlls and exe before installing. You must have a security situation which is preventing dlls from being overwritten.
-
In order for me to delete those files KM needs to be closed. If KM is closed I can't access the link for the download in the upgrade section. Sorry for the inconvenience Bob. Would it be possible for me to have a link emailed to me? Thank you, Jim Halpin

Download the files to disk. Close KoolMoves. Delete the dll files. Install.
I think your problem is that you trying to install with KoolMoves running.
-
Its now telling me that Key is not available so I can't link to the program.
