Need help

I have been coming up with a new look for GZ Mucic I now theres not a lot of flash but trying to keep it basic and I am woundering what people think about it and am woundering what changes would make the site more easy to manover and any tips on the look of the site, I know its not finished but need opinios of people to proseed thank you all for your time and patience with my project.

There's no "home" button (confusing navigation), that twirling guitar is CHEESY, as is the upper right logo.

Those are my only complaints. Rock on!
