    FLV Sync - WMV Better

    Greetings,

I have tried a multitude of compression settings,
including those that work fantastic with WMV,
yet my high quality FLVs are still out of sync by about 4 frames.

It appears that the audio is fractionally faster than the video.
Many people wouldn't even notice, but it is not acceptable
to showcase video product. Lip syncing is an issue.

I am using FLV Exporter 1.2 out of Final Cut Pro.
I am viewing the Progressive FLVs in both a local SWF and a
SWF on the web. Both cases have the same results.
The movie times range from 30 sec to 1.5 minute.

I did notice an improvement during troubleshooting when
I moved from 14.98 fps to the source 29.97 fps.

    Here are my current settings:
    700 kbps (did try 384 and 400)
    Better compression (did try faster)
    30 fps (did try 60 and 120)
64 kpbs audio (did try 96)

    Interlace None (did try Upper)

Is this a product flaw?? Do I have to purchase
    Sorensen Squeeze 4.3 instead???

    Please advise.
    Regards,
    Ramtut III

I've never tried this in Final Cut but could you use the video eoncoder that ships with flash8, just to see if that's any better?

Sorenson Squeeze works well for me.
