nope it's a forum and it's in latvian.
    here it is: http://latforums.lv/
I need to keep it at at least 2'000 hosts a day for at least a month.
I've already tried HitsCheap, but they're too expensive for this purpouse.
I've also started AdWords campaign, but it doesn't give as much as I would need...
    what else can I do?

I checked your site, and you need to polish your SEO (search engine optimization).

For example, check http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html and http://www.alistapart.com/articles/seo

You need to code your page better, and also promote it. You can use link exchanges, link circles, register with search engines and directories.

Find sites that are popular and try to get your link there somehow. Even having your link in your signature in forums helps.

well, it's not that simple in my case.
first of all the site is in latvian and there are... well... nobody here who speaks latvian but me, so I guess my sig wouldn't help lot.
SEO... yes, I get most of my traffic from google and alike, but I've already tried a lot in this field... :// ...and I've read those guidelines several times before. I've also submited the site with ineedhits.com to most of the search engines... results aren't great.
I guess I'm left with link exchanges and link circles...
BTW, if you have any more aticles on the subject, please share

Aren't there there latvian places where you could register your site or promote it?

I checked your site's code, and it's not very optimal for SEO. No headings (<h1> or <h2>), no alt attributes for images, and your title (<title>) is just the site name (include some keywords there). Your main logo is a flash animation and you don't offer a text alternative. You use tables for layout.

Did you check http://www.alistapart.com/articles/seo ? They have more links at the end. Here's another one http://www.alistapart.com/articles/accessibilityseo.

Have you tried seo and marketing forums? http://forums.seochat.com/ or http://www.highrankings.com/forum/index.php

Keep in mind that it sometimes takes time for word of mouth to spread.

I'm using vBulletin so I can't change a lot in the code - that system is solid.

There is nothing wrong with having a flash animation, but it's your logo, and you don't offer a text alternative.

    Chech this link:

It's an seo analyzer that will give you tips on how to improve your site.
