please help with my video

I am using Flash MX version 6, I have a 50MB WMV file which i imported into Flash and got down to 8MB (would prefer to be really good quality at 2mb) at 8mb the quality is not very good an dthe sound is whispy even though i ticked to override soundsettings and unticked compress movie

could someone please help me with setting up a video for a website in Flash?!
