naw... no need to sue.

They published the book, then went under. Apress bought them, and I'd have to stand in line with the other creditors and authors that got taken for a ride.

Personally, could care less other than saying that they're a bunch of hypocrites that delayed paying me until they went out of business. My contract was signed when they were still "going strong" and they delayed paying for all kinds of reasons.

What do you expect from a company based in the UK though? Birmingham in fact... still have the contract, et al.

The money... was minor. They even screwed up how many edits and chapters I had contributed. Meh... still don't mean I can't sound off each and every time I damn well choose to though.
