Brazil's lost their touch bigtime. I cant believe they were once the best.

And to think I was looking forward to their games :\

I don't think Brazil win this year. They're not as good as we've been expecting!

    Today's games -

    20 Jun ECU : GER 16:00
    20 Jun CRC : POL 16:00
    20 Jun PAR : TRI 21:00
    20 Jun SWE : ENG 21:00

Will England throw their match against Sweden today so they can come second in their Group and avoid a clash with Germany in the Second round ?

No. Despite the history of recent games between Germany and England I think I'd rather face them than Ecuador on present form. And never forget this
Spain looked good in the second half last night, they make a lot of chances and have got the players to convert them in Raul, Xavi and Torres.

Joe Cole is going to be one of the stars of this world cup.
Frank Lampard has had more shots at goal than any other player at the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ so far, but not scored. Lampard should be dropped and Gerrard should be played in the attacking role.
I guess its the end of the world cup for Owen.

    Todays matches -
    21 Jun IRN : ANG 16:00
    21 Jun POR : MEX 16:00
    21 Jun CIV : SCG 21:00
    21 Jun NED : ARG 21:00

What a mouth watering clash this is going to be. Will the Dutch flair match upto the flamboyance of the Argentinians ? No matter which team wins expect a wonderful game of football. Im ready with my six pack. Cheers !!!

The Dutch vs. Argentina match was a letdown.
Both teams having qualified put in their reserve teams and it was a experimental game for the coaches to try different combinations which resulted in a goaless draw.

Ivory Coast finally won a match at the world cup by beating Serbia 3-2.

    Todays games -

    22 Jun CZE : ITA 16:00
    22 Jun GHA : USA 16:00
    22 Jun CRO : AUS 21:00
    22 Jun JPN : BRA 21:00

The ITALY vs CZECH REPUBLIC game will be a cracker. Both teams need a win to qualify further. I think GHANA should win against the US and qualify directly.

The Aussies fight with the Croats for a place in the second round while Brazil will be looking forward to re-discovering the Samba magic against Japan.

Holland v Argentina was a disappointment but Messi looked good. The real fun starts with the knockout stages, it's all been a bit tepid so far.

Nah... Ghana won 2-0 in their previous match against the Czech Republic, and I think they have a pretty good team. I would guess Ghana 2 - 1 USA

What the hell... there's no 'q' in it! Or an 'i' ! It's Yankee!

We lost. Game over USA. Time for team USA to head to the showers so the world can't see them cry.
