Publishing Problem? Does not work when uploaded.

Ok. I'm about ready to shove my fist through this monitor setting in front of me. But I doubt that will help this problem.

The attached file works just dandy when I publish it on my machine. But when I upload it...well. It doesn't really work. It stops right away (no there are no stops where it is stopping) I'm goin nuts here. Can anybody help?

Word to the wise...

If you switch your mode from Binary to ASCII. It's probably a good idea to change it back.
