Doing so well, then video won't play

I created a separate page for placement of the my video which I dropped down in size to 220 x 163. I encoded an uncompressed .avi file 2:40 min long edited in Sony Vegas. It only took seconds to complete. I brought up the FLV playback Component, dropped it on stage. Put on a clear, no volume skin and now am trying to figure out what I have not done. I cannot get the video to play in the test mode.

A button on the front page of my web page brings up the page where the video component is placed. But the buttons on the face of the skin do not work. Perhaps my pathway to the FLV file was not spelled out right in the Component Inspector listing of parameters. Come to think of it I put everything into one folder as I had previously done when I did successfully get a video to play. Maybe I will look at that again. But if any one has any suggestions, feel free to jabber at me.
