    Video Gamers Unite

    Any hot new games out for the computer lately? Playstation 2?

    I haven't gotten a chance to rent BLACK yet, but I haven't heard of anything new or amazing. Have I just been missing the news?

    Console-wise I'm just waiting for the Wii to come out.

    Half Life 2: Episode One is out...still haven't paid to unlock it yet.

    F.E.A.R is realy good for PC as well.

    it is only an hour of gaming? Where did you read that? I am so far out of the gaming loop it isn't even funny...

    i heard that episode really wasnt worth it, and the fact that the next one isnt coming out till 07 at the earliest makes it worse.

    I saw the trailer for epsidoe two and I am really looking forward to those small faster striders...hmhm

    So any good mods? fileplanet.com doesn't have anything good listed and I am almost done with this: Ravenholm: The Last Chapter

    I heard Episode One was lame as well, too short and nothing but another beach level, essentially.

    BF2 is hours of fun.... If you want some good PS2 games, Shadow of the Colossus and Ico are two I've recently played and loved.

    Episode One gave about 3-6 hours of good gameplay, but is that worth $20? I'd say no, although it was a good game.

    F.E.A.R. was enjoyable, but I thought it was a little too graphics heavy and that the graphics it produced were relatively disappointing in comparison to other games. That said, the game is pretty good, but really frightening, and I kind of thought it went out of its way to be so and hurt its cause in that sense.

    Is it me or does the industry seem lack-luster these days? They're going for the quick fun selling point. Not a game that will last, or one that's easily re-playable for more fun, but the quick storyline with excellent graphics. It's a shame...

    i'm currently playing "Blue Screen Of Death: Unmountable_Boot_Drive" from Microsoft ...it's loads of fun and the graphics are outstanding...but it's really hard...for some reason i can't get past the first level.

    Call of Duty 2 on the XBOX 360 is my game at the moment and a few weeks ago they have announced COD 3 which will be great.

    Other game to look out for are GRAW Ghost Recon Advanced Warefare a very indepth game, it only took me 9 hours to complete COD 2 but I am 2 days into GRAW and only 23% through and they have just released new online maps for the 360.

    Sniper Elite and BF2 are also great games.

    im still playing world of warcraft pretty much. takes about 10 hours of game time to get to level 60, then theres countless hours of top level content im still trying to do.

    I just reinstalled UT2004, that game is timeless. But a big reason I'm playing it again is because there is just nothing else on the radar. I could use another fun single player like Psychonauts.
