FLV not playing

Hi, We use flash for creating multimedia scrolls to run on t.v cable ! But when using import video > flv function in flash 8 pro it comes to an end.

It works fine on my own pc where flash is installed. but when I copy the .swf and .flv file to another pc which runs the scroll on cable. the video doesn't show up all other clips and stuff works fine. This issue doesn't come in flash mx 2004.

Doesn't matter if I embed the video within .swf or not ! What could be the reason ? is it another bug in flash 8 ? like mouse.hide (but when you right click your real mouse shows up and doesn't go away)
