    Cow Icon Code to set the framerate?

    Hi,
    I'm making a movie with 25fps, I want it to at one point go down to 15 fps, is there anyway I can do this with code?
    I'm using flash 8.

    You can only manipulate individual movieclips or a simple frame to frame movie but nothing complex.
