    plz help with name and e-mail forms in flash

    I have been working at an internship for a design studio for the last few months. They have asked me to look for a form that can be used in flash and will allow for the user to input their name, title, company, and so on, along with a question or two, and then their e-mail. Once sent, this information is supposed to be sent to the design studio's e-mail.

    Now, after doing research, I have come across a compliacted form tutorial on flashkit.com that uses Perl Servers and some scripting/codeing, that just passes over my head.

    On and easier note, I found a website that has all the scripts and stuff hosted on their site that you can use. You simply link their customized form from your website and their servers handle the rest. The only thing is that it is 30 bucks a month.

    Now, does anyone know of any better way to go about his? I was hoping that there was just some code that I could script out in flash that would take care of it?

    If anyone has any insight on this, please give me a hand!

    THANKS!!!!

    If so here is my PHP script to process my variables that I sent via post.

    Code:
    <?php
    #pass var
    $name = $_POST['name'];
    $phone_area = $_POST['phone_area'];
    $phone_first = $_POST['phone_first'];
    $phone_second = $_POST['phone_second'];
    $subject = $_POST['subject'];
    $comments = stripslashes($_POST['comments']);
    $email = $_POST['email'];
    #send mail
    $headers = 'Reply-To: ' . $email . "\r\n" .
       'X-Mailer: PHP/' . phpversion();

    $msg = "RE: " . $subject . "\n\n";
    $msg .= $name . "\n" . $phone_area . '-' . $phone_first . '-' . $phone_second . "\n" . $email . "\n\n" . $comments;
    mail('dparker@metacoast.com', $subject, $msg, $headers);
    //echo $msg;
    ?>
