Logo Format... how to export from flash?

Hi, I have a bunch of logos that were made using Flash, and I want to be able to mess around with them in Photoshop still in vector form...
I've never used illustrator, and I'm not sure if you can modify flash objects in it.. what do you guys do in this case?

Normally I'll take something and export it as an AI path, that usually works.
Paths from flash to photoshop though, really hard to control and you sometimes get really crappy looking lines and pixleation.
I'd say your best bet there is to export as a ai file, and try to redraw with the pen tool in photoshop.
... Im a pain in the arse for smooth lines.
