building a preload page

Hello Im woundering where I can get some information on building a preload page. I have never done this before and am still new to flash any help would be very appreciated.

well there is plenty of information... all you have to do is look for it. I did a quick SEARCH in the forums for 'preloader' and came up with all of these results :

and i have a few preloaders posted that you are welcome to use.. just click the Helpful Source Files link in my footer, type 'preload' in the little search window and hit return.. there should be about a 1/2 dozen or so there...
