This is going to be a straight up photo battle. We will randomly select a theme for reach round based on a theme from www.dpchallenge.com and will have 3 day turn arounds. Advanced editing is allowed. Final image AND original will be posted and judged.
I put this up just to get things rolling. We are both working on our first serves. Thursday night is the deadline for the first image.
First theme: Bokeh

Friend. And I know you have a Bokeh weekly challenge. That is just our first theme, this is going to be an on going challenge between us to get us out to shoot on a regular basis. Would this be more appropriate in the photo forum?

i really like the corn photo- the lighting and colours are gorgeous. really makes me think of summer evenings.....
and xixjfastxix- i actually prefer your skateboard shot. can't really give constructive crits on the cat photo, but it just does nothing for me (and i do love cats, so it's not the subject putting me off!). as already mentioned, the post-production work on the board shot is amazing.
I am at work but I will sneak onto DPchallenge and pic a random archive number like last time. I will update this post once I find a goodin'
*edit*
Looking back at the old challenge archives there have been some amazing photos on that site. I forget the page # now but how about Reflections?
I will be heading out to NH and then Maine for the weekend and will be armed with the Rebel so hopefully I can find a good reflection image. I will post it Sunday night or Monday morning.
Update:
The theme for the weekend is Love.
I think I might have an idea...if I can pull it off is another thing...let's get it on!
