Scrollpane text - actionscript

I have a scrollpane with a paragraph of text.
In the paragraph I want to create button actions to several words.

The selected words will each load and external swf file.

How can I do this?

I see you can turn some word into hyperlinks to webpages, but it does not allow you to apply actions to the words.

Hope someone can help.

You're going to have to use MovieClips or Buttons somehow; as you say, you can't use actions on text.
