    timer in flash8 !!

    Please can someone give me the code for a countdown timer which counts down from X minutes: seconds to zero and can be " PAUSED " onclick and resumed
    again on click . please!!

    I want the timer to be running on 3 frames.. on frame 1 it starts counting down from 2 minutes , and on click of a button i want it to pause. then when the next frame is loaded i want it to resume .. and the same thing for the 3rd frame ... pls.. anyone?
