How To Make Window Covered In Soap Suds?

As the title says i'm wondering if anyone knows how i can create a window which looks like it was covoured in a fairly thick layer of soap suds (e.g just as someone is about to clean it). The window isn't a large problem, but the soap suds are where i'm having difficulty, does anyone know of any tutorials, or can suggest a good way to achieve this effect? Thanks

    good find, rush.

you could even make a bunch of different bubbles from that brush in Pshop, brng it into illustrator, live trace it, and then copy into flash for vector versions in case you need to animate.
