Hi, please help

I get a border around my swf file in IE. I don't see any way to turn this Off in Flash?

Also, my preloader appears to work and yet I have to click on buttons several times for them to work. Is this becaue I have several "scenes". I used a generic preloader code I found, perhaps it only works if here's only one scene?

My preloader is in one scene followed by several other scenes.
