ok, this board has actually nothing to do with FlashKit movies section (if the game is in FK movies), we can not add or remove anything from there. I think I could move this thread into feedback board, that is where webmaster can see it and answer you.

couldn't someone just remade it? I do that with flash website templates alot instead of buying them I just make them from scratch. No one can tell......

Flash Kit doesn't steal; it accepts submissions. Why should we apologize for something we couldn't have known about?

If it's been 'improved' before being put onto the site, then what reason do you have to assume it's using your engine? Plus, sorry to say this, but it's not exactly that amazing. You'd get a better engine following Tonypa's tutorials.

An admission that it's your work? Again, I ask you to prove this.

Send a link to 'Thesf Quest', and the 'Zelda RPG' in question, plus include flas for both so we can compare the source ourself.

Note that every regular poster in this part of the forum could code a better RPG engine than that, so we're not that fussed. Now, if it was a Flex AS3.0 Wolfenstein-style raycasting engine with enemies and collision detection, we might pay a bit more attention to the matter. But as it stands, source for far better and more capable engines are available on the internet anyway, and anyone likely to finish a game using that would be more likely to choose to write their own engine.

Look, Vengeance, you're missing the point. If it's his engine, it's his engine. The fact that you think it sucks doesn't justify it if someone submitted it without his permission.

If it's his engine. We currently have no proof that anything was copied by anyone, seeing as he hasn't posted the source or a URL to either of the aforementioned games.
