I felt a great disturbance in the Force,

as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

YAKIMA, Washington (AP) -- Federal investigators were set Tuesday to begin an investigation into a fire that ruined about 4 percent of America's yield of hops, used as flavoring in the brewing of beer and ale.

At least the positive side to that is the chance of being killed by a drunk driver has gone down by 4%.

Beer? What beer? Do you have beer in the States??? I always thought it was flavored tab water you guys were drinking ...

'Belgian scientists revealed that beer contains small traces of female hormones.
To prove their theory, the scientists fed 100 men 12 pints of 'real' Belgian beer and observed
that 100% of them gained weight, talked excessively without making sense, became
    emotional, and couldn't drive.
    No further testing is planned.'

Hey, it's the Americans and I think they're looking for beer.

Somebody turn the lights out and pretend we're not here -

Reminds me of the Germany beer crisis during the World cup.

well, well, well... more inspired comments by people from other countries. I've never seen that before.

anyway... better beers not from the US are sold in the US. It's called "importing"... amazing new fangled idea. Wowsers.

i point my finger at wine maker coalitions. i'm sure they're behind this in some way. Damn grape stompin, scarf wearin, fruits! I just hope this doesn't hurt any of the Canadian brewers, i can't let my Labatt's go up in price.
