Help accessing Yahoo Dev API section

For some reason I can NOT access the API section to DL the Yahoo! Maps API extension for Flash.

I log-in..but when I click AGREE On end user...it brings me to a MAP to get directions..and NOT the API DL section??

I 'requested' my Device ID and have DL'd this before...just dont have it installed at work..

anybody got some ideas?..or a place to DL this at?

yeah those were the links I was using..however I couldnt get to the .zip file (at work) gonna try at home now, although I already have the plug-in dl'd somewhere)
