mailto in projector

I have made an flash movie and published it as a projector.
All the links to different URL's are working perfectly with the "get URL" action. But I have a major problem with the mailto-action. It just wouldn't open the mail-program. I have made just what needed to be done (I think)- a mail-button with a "get URL" action:
on release
get URL ("mailto:info@prob.nl")
end on
but it is not working.
what am I doing wrong?

an answer to myself and to the people who were puzzling with this question. The problem was in the network itself (couldn't open the mail program) and not in the action. It is working. Thank you for the trouble.
