TV broadcasting Problem

Hi i have a lil problem, but im sure you guys can help me out, cause im not that good in html and scriptings.

here is the problem

i have a live tv broadcasting on sopcast
and i want to add it to my webpage/html
sopcast has all the codes and scripts to do so
its just a copy past codes

the problem is i dont know what goes where lol
i tried for hours and nothing i cant get it to work

if someone can help me out and tells me
this part goes here and that goes there it will help
