Hi guys,

I've searched the forums high and low and still haven't found a definitive solution.

Is there a way that I can stop my movies, loaded movies and external texts from not caching? It's a nightmare when I update my site purely because the user has to clear their cache to view any new content.

I'm not using PHP, ASP or anything similar, it's just a standard website.

PLEASE HELP!!!
