fullscreen App with no slowdown?

Hi, are their any programs that allow flash to run fullscreen without slowdown?

I've seen this kind of thing with some games.

Google finds a couple commercial programs, but I'm looking for something that is ideally free (and i dont know which is the best program to us).

You aren't going to get any 3rd party tools for free. They are quite pricey. Ultimately the smoothness of your projector won't be determined by the tool you use though. They all use the Flash Player so the smoothness will be determined by how intense of a Flash file you have. I've also found that if you design it for a specific resolution like 1024x768 and then set the resolution to that before it starts it typically works better.
