42" inch HDTV for £150

This was hilarious, a collegue was telling today that her husband bough this 42"inch HDTV for £150 (apparently mispriced by Woolworths). Now they have fixed the problem.

what's the laws on that online? i know if you have an error in print you pretty much have to honor it and eat your mistake.

EDIT: i'm pretty sure the print law only counts if it's your own ad flyer (not a newspaper's mistake)

online they will just cancel the order and say sorry. you cant do anything becuase they can just say hackers hacked the price.

With woolworth's you can set an option to pick up the item from one of the store's across the UK. And thats what people did, they pretty knew what was to come if they 'd order it for delivery.



I tried my luck aswell didnt work, they closed few minutes earlier.
