    video convert

    Hi,

    I want the user to uplaod a video and play it on a webpage. I prefer ther video to be converted to a flash format for simplicity.

    Is there a way to convert a video eg mpg to a flv with actionscript or anythig else for that matter.

    i've already written about a tool that can help you with such a problem-Video to Flash Converter by geovid.com. As far as i know, it can cope with it easily - the output is fully ready to be embedded in the web.
