Flash for Text-to-Speech browsers

Hi is there a way to make an animated menu in flash compatible with Text-to-Speech browsers ?

I'm assuming you're talking about a screen reader like JAWS. In Flash MX and above, there's an Accessibility panel which you can use to define labels and descriptions for items in your Flash movie. Unfortunately making Flash work well with screen readers can be a lot of trial and error, your best bet is to find a screen reader user you can test it on or get the software yourself to experiment.
