I think it is a bit ugly I am afraid. The logo of the compagny is very oldfashioned for a start. Too much is blinking and moving ie competing for attention for no reason. The flash "preload" animation that runs when you press "Inicio" is so ugly and most likely redundant from a technical point of view? Why is the pictures rolling slowly in the "Nuestros Servicios"? And who in his right mind would want to roll the backwards in the same slow way, that is annoying and, as a user you (I at least) get pissed.

Sorry, but that is my feelings about it. Flash, and sitedesign in general, ought to be purposeful.
