Encoding part of flash movie for streaming?

Is it possible to use parts of swf file in video stream to be sent to FMS? I'm developing an online seminar software and I want to mix everything into a video stream rather that sending some stuff separately.

    My application has several layers:
    - presenter camera
    - viewer camera
    - presentation file (uploaded to flash script)
    - whiteboard (presenter can draw in flash script)
    - images (uploaded to flash script)

I want to mix everything together in various combinations and combine them to one video stream that can be recorded as a video or sent to Flash Media Server. Is it possible to do that in Flash?

So to clarify things some more, only presenters use this flash script. Viewers use a simple flash player that shows one streamed video. So everything has to be mixed into that video.

I've uploaded an image of the layout of the flash script. It shows how the channels should be mixed together.
