Sucky Streaming

Lo all,

I now know that in order to get your flash movie to sync up with your audio, you have to set the audio to a stream. I am using an MP3, but when I set it to a stream, it has AWFUL quality. Please tell me how to make it sound clearer. The MP3 itself is fine quality, but when I test the movie, it sounds all sucky like it was recorded in a hallway or something.

Have you tried changing the publish settings for mp3?

Click on File -- Publish settings -- Flash and you see various options including to set MP3 data.

Thank you very much, I just set the audio quality to best. I hope I did it right, but I think so because the audio sounds crystal clear! Thanks!

What compression type should I set WAVs to?

hmph, my wav won't work, but it is multitracked and abnormally loud. lol
