Incedentally, how is the seeding done? I saw some speculation earlier in this thread, but never noticed an official answer...

the seeding is done by dri and the mods...they know everyone's skill level, and are very fair.

Its based on a few things (arena participation, previous years results, throwing darts at a map of the world and assigning each person a country, observing the flight patterns of the south american swallow) We've used the same system for the past 2 years and it seems to work decently although is not perfect.

The seeding is actually done in excel using a macro i wrote where each person is assigned a different weight.

Erm, okay! Sounds mystical.

I've just noticed some names which by my opinion seem quite underranked(not myself btw), so I wasn't sure if it was random. Sounds effectively almost random.

well dricciotti explained his system well, but i also think that it is a combination of post count, skill level and participation in the arena. That's at least how i see where i was ranked.
