Zoom-in and Zoom-out

I've a floor plan of a building, say its a map of floors in the building. I want this when user opens up any floor plan (that is an high resolution image), user can zoom in and zoom out the image. If the user want to view a closer look he will click on any area of the image and that part of the image will be shown closer. similarly he can zoom-out too like we use magnifier tool in any graphical software.
Please guide me in this.
