    Final Cut Pro

    If I wanted to take a Flash movie (SWF format, although I could probably export it as a MOV file) and import it into Final Cut Pro, what steps would I have to take?

    I think you'd have to export as mov, but other than building and exporting it and then importing it as footage, I think that's about all you'd need to do.
