    How to convert .VOB (DVD file) to FLV?

    Hi,

    I dont think this can be done in Flash so does anybody know any 3rd party software that can help achieve this please? I just need to rip clips of around 20secs each. From what I think, Flash cant do a straight dvd rip to FLV. So the route I'm thinking of doing it is DVD to AVI, and then bring that AVI into Flash. If this is the only way, can you recommend me a good free DVD to AVI converter please?
