    Can anyone help me.
    I made a movie in Fash 4.
    I opened the movie in Flash 5 and all worked well.
    The problem is when I got to work on Monday and tried to open the file with Flash 4, I was unable to.
    Does anyone know a way around this as my boss is freaking out.

    Unfortunatly for you, flash 4 cannot open flash 5 files..
    Full stop, no questions.

    It sucks I know, but at the moment it is how it goes.

    I think there's no way to make the fla file a version 4 file again, since you opened it in Flash 5 and even save it. Don't attempt to copy frames from Flash 5 to 4, because it won't work.

    get in touch with macromedia, they may be able to help or get flash 5 at work and home
