[F8] Show the Timecode of my NS Object

I'm using XML to load external FLVs into my Flash player and I'd like to somehow show the total running time of each FLV I load in. For example if my clip is 5 minutes and 21 seconds my dynamic text field will look like this:

05:21

My FLVs are loaded into the NetStream object titled "ns".
