Hi -

I made this site - testing a style out but can't the video right

I bought the stock of this video in HD format - I wanted to make it so the video expands or always fits the browser

The video is coming out **** - the frame rate etc is really bad

How shall I do this?

Like even if I minimize it, the frame rate is ****. It is not smooth - it is "jaggedy"

To my knowledge you cannot scale the stock clip larger than it was made
