    Interactive Scroll Window

    I am trying to find a way to design a scroll bar like the one in the image (shown in www.news.com.au) when i check the page info at that site it says scroll o matic. Is there a software product that creates these called scroll o matic??

    Or is there a simple way to make one in Swishmax ??
