I have an opted in list of cell phone numbers of people who want a text alert from me when a specific event happens. Can I set up a Flash page where I can enter the text message, click submit, and the message goes to every phone number I've included in the list? Obviously there would be multiple carriers, multiple phone types/models to work with.
