poster frame or Pre Play Image

How do i program or tell the flash player to display a certain image before Play is clicked?
I would like to do soemthing similar to the flash player found here:

http://www.revver.com

I want to have an image there with a play button in the middle.

I've never done this as i've not played with video in flash yet, but couldn't you just have your video span two frames in your timeline. Then put your play button on a layer above in the first frame (over the video).

Then have a 'gotoAndStop frame 2' action on the button as well as the AS to play the video.

The button would disapear when you go to frame 2 and the video would play.
Would that work?
