Flash Lite flv playback functions for PSP & Mobile

Hi

is any body know how to run flv or video into flash lite 2.1 or older for windows mobiles or PSP

i'm creating my own Flash Media Playback i've design in Flash 8 but encode into the older version of flash 5 or 6,

i've try lot of conversations, but no such can convert properly.

coz i prefer the quality videos only strait from the Blueray or DVD

any body can help ?

Flash Lite 2.x for phones supports .3gp video, not FLV.
Flash 6 for PSP does not support any video.

Adobe has announced that Flash Lite 3.0 will support .FLV video but it is unclear how long it will take before this player is distributed on phones world wide.

as my source if i can find some way to import as object or using embed video as action script then i think so i can play video inside Flash

To play in PSP that also enabled wd Flash Lite but as my source to game render engine in psp have power to play it.

my project is only on PDAs & PSP or high devices.
windows mobiles play 3pg, mpg, avi, mpeg4 etc . . .

i've just come accross TCPMP Flv Plugin it's best but only problem it's not playing M4V files
