It's fully flash (apart from the Vbulletin forum) and can be fully customised by the client using XML. It was designed by http://www.letsdesign.co.uk

I'm not a big fan of complete flash sites, but I gotta say it is quite impressive. Nice layout, music isn't usually a good idea but those background tracks aren't too over the top so it's all good.

The forum goes nice with the design too. Not much I can really suggest mate

This site is GREAT ... I really liked it .

And mesmerize i have a question , You like web designer when someone wants from you to create a web page for them , do they give to you all the stuff that will be in site ( Images , text , etc ... ) , or .... ( I want to know that becuase i want to be web designer too ).

No, It's often the case that you will need to start the design without having everything.
Maybe filling in some of the text sections yourself or finding copyright free imagery to use. I find http://www.sxc.hu/ is useful for the odd bit of imagery.

If you need further advice and free software tips I have a design inspiration blog here = http://paperclipping.blogspot.com which you might find the odd useful article.

That looks way to much like 2A v3 and v4 put together. Great site though.
