    flv player seems to have trouble switching between aspect ratios

    I have created a video player a while ago that plays flvs, with a playlist that lets you click to select different videos. Recently the client changed the aspect ratio of the videos. so now I have two different types. When I set maintainAspectRatio to false, it seems that the player doesn't want to play the next video. When I set it to true, it seems to work, but this causes other problems because the video will move around and change size, causing it to look ****ty. I doubt anyone else had this problem but please let me know if you have any ideas. I can send you the code if you want, but it's pretty messy since I did this a few years ago.

    I inherited a web site with a number of different aspect ratio videos and just changed the video player size and location as part of the onRelease function.
    But it will depend on how your player and playlist is constructed.
    Anyway, here's one way to do it if you just have a few videos:
    Code:
    play6b.pl1.select_btn.onRelease = function(){
    	ns.seek(0);
    	ns.play("vid_cats/tourney/kso_world_record.flv");
    	video_screen._width = 500;
    	video_screen._height = 375;
    	video_screen._x = 450;
    	video_screen._y = 25;
    	now_playing.text = titles[0];
    }
    play6b.pl2.select_btn.onRelease = function(){
    	ns.seek(0);
    	ns.play("vid_cats/tourney/World_Games_KSO_Jump.flv");
    	video_screen._width = 500;
    	video_screen._height = 281;
    	video_screen._x = 450;
    	video_screen._y = 67;
    	now_playing.text = titles[1];
    }
    First button is 4:3, fills entire player screen.
    Second button is 16:9, and centers vertically in player screen area.
    Best wishes,
