Thread: How many sounds can you play at the same time in Flash?

    Cool

    I am making a drum loop maker in flash and for this i need 36 channles of sounds to be playing at the same time is this possible in Flash.

    Hello,

    Theoretically I believe this is possible cuz there is no limitation on the number of layers you can have that contain sound,but Flash is not a sound editing application and I dot think placing 36 sounds at the same time is a good idea.If you wanna edit a loop do it right.Think of it this way.... one sound loop can weigh 100k...do the math and see how will 36 individual sounds in one movie will effect the file size.
