    print screen issue

    I made a print screen of an error page on an iMac now my problem is I don't know where I can paste it in because it's Office licence has expired. I have these programs installed on the iMac: iDVD, image capture, iMovie HD, iPhoto and iWeb, is it possible to paste my print screen into any of these programs? if not, what would you advise me to do?...sorry I am a Mac Virgin

    Hold down these buttons:

    cmnd (apple symbol) + shift + 4

    ......your mouse pointer should change to a crosshair......click and drag your mouse over the area of the screen you wish to capture.

    This will save a .png image of the screen area you select to your desktop....no need to copy/paste anything anywhere
