Ah, I see. Well, you could submit to newgrounds as you said, games on that sites gets quite a lot of publicity. There is also UgoPlayer (www.ugoplayer.com) -- they are the same kind of site as newgrounds, only with higher standards. Very good games on UgoPlayer normaly get posted on AddictingGames.com. I can't say I know of any other sites of those kinds but I'm sure there is more out there, a quick dig on google if you haven't already ould come up with some solutions.
you dont want it sponsored? why? all you have to do is put their logo in the intro to your game and they pay you a good amount. and then your game will spread fast if its good because people can go on armor games or crazy monkey and add it to their site, ect.
if you think your game has a chance on a sponsor site i suggest you do it. and you cant really sponsor yourself cause your not getting any money

I personally, though I feel my games would not be worthy of sponsorship, feel that I would rather put games into the stream for enjoyment, rather than publicity. Perhaps one day when I finish my BAS in game programming I'd change my mine but until then, I agree with Archbob and stand behind his preference.

I have a Flash made site whith a couple of games.
If you want you can have your game on my site i don't got money to pay you but you said you don't want it.
The site is Arongranberg.com but it is a swedish site (in swedish) so i dont know i you understand it and the site now is not that nice but it will come a much better version over the summer.

www.2flashgames.com , it's pretty big too! I'm always looking for people to submit games or license them. In like 3 weeks I'll have an auto submit feature with usernames etc.. for now just email from the site and I will put your game up if it's bug free.
